Today is a special day! One of the most amazing feelings that comes with selling real estate is being able to help my family and friends achieve their goals, and today was a success! I had the honour of handing over keys on possession day to my good friends, Frank and Gemma.
Frankie and I go waaaay back, he actually worked for my dad 30 years ago when he first immigrated from El Salvador. As a youngster, my dad would take me to the job site and I remember watching Frank work hard to make a better life for himself in Canada. My father trusted Frank and now Frank has put his trust into us.
